On October 25th and 26th, Visit Milwaukee is hosting 20 vetted and selected meeting planners that represent thousands of tourists and millions of dollars in economic impact for 2013 and beyond. These planners, from national and international associations and fraternal organizations are currently considering Milwaukee as the destination for a future city-wide convention. They have responded with an interest in bringing their convention business to Milwaukee and are coming to experience the city for themselves.
Our theme for this what we call an UnFAM experience centers around “Farm to Table”. Our whole 2 ½ day experience will focus on the innovation in growing and the sustenance of livelihood with food products that are grown in gardens and on farms.
Professional Events and consulting will provide meeting management services by setting up transportation, conceptualizing entertainment and theme ideas, organizing local restaurants to partake in a Dine Around Experience, and provide on-site management to ensure that all details of experience are perfect and well executed.
PEC Account Executives will have the opportunity to meet with the meeting prospects to introduce the firm’s lines of service in Site Selection, Incentive Travel, and Meeting Management.
