Junior Achievement – Project Description
Each spring, Junior Achievement hosts The Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame. The event hosts 400+ guests and celebrates business and recognizes the accomplishments of more than 80 deserving leaders who have been inducted since 1990. PEC has had the privilege of assisting Junior Achievement with this event since 2009.
In collaboration with Junior Achievement, PEC has assisted in writing, creating, and producing an engaging invitation that was sent electronically to all guests, which included designing text, photographs and music in a short 1:30 clip that was informative and engaging. The project also included adapting a seamless on-line reservation link that allowed guests to immediately make their commitment.
PEC has brought expertise in writing the scripts for the entire evening, as well as producing the “show” to include cues for videos, MC introductions, speakers, entertainment, and skits. Additionally, PEC procured musically talented Junior Achievement students from local middle and high schools to provide entertainment during The Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame.
Following our commitment to meet the goals of objectives of the event while pre-planning, PEC managed the event on-site to produce and execute a flawless, memorable event. The skill set and expertise associated with PEC Meeting & Event Management allowed Junior Achievement to concentrate on the event content and networking. PEC remained behind the scenes to give direction and work with suppliers and talent in order to produce a final product that exceeds the level of excellence that Junior Achievement expects from PEC year to year.
