PEC Culture: New Hires
Professional Events and Consulting is growing! We are currently in the process of expanding our staff this fall.
Today we welcome our newest hire, Scott Kivimaki, as an Account Executive in Sales here at PEC. Scott will work primarily in developing inside and outside sales, presentations, and client contracts. He will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers.
Scott’s background in Hospitality Group Sales Management will be a tremendous asset for PEC. Most recently, Scott has worked as an Association Sales Manager for Olympia Resort and Conference Center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Previous to his position at Olympia, Scott worked as a Group Sales Manager for the Wilderness Resort – Glacier Canyon Lodge and Conference Center in the Wisconsin Dells, along with the Country Springs Hotel in Waukesha. Scott brings over 25 years of career success in the Hospitality and Tourism field to the PEC planning table.
Today we also welcome a new PEC staff member, Alicia Seibert-Pollnow, who is volunteering to assist PEC with large scale sponsorship procurement for Winter Fest, a public event run by PEC. Alicia will be working primarily to build sponsorship dollars in and around the state of Wisconsin.
Alicia’s most recent experiences as Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Event Sales, and Corporate Sales Manager at the Milwaukee Art Museum are a tremendous asset to PEC. Alicia holds years of experience in the hospitality industry along with an extensive knowledge of the Milwaukee area, including area businesses and people.
PEC is thrilled to have both Scott and Alicia on board to provide dynamic efforts in the Sales division of the company.
